Our refund and return policy lasts for 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Also, we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given:

REFUNDS

Late or Missed Refunds

SOnly regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor received the order shipped to themselves to deliver later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
